Because after having handwavied the conversation with Matthew it'd be totally unfair for him not to.Granted he's better at translating it when it's sitting on a piece of paper in front of him than when talking to an actual Raven, so it's not totally flubbed. Parseltongue is okay, though still clearly not what he was put on this earth to speak.B-
