Dream appears preoccupied as he hands a quiz to each student upon their entrance to class.

The quiz is ten questions on Raven and Parseltongue, mostly translations.

When most of the quizzes are in, he starts a video.

Blair does fine on parseltongue...apparently Lord Vizzle Voldemort was a good teacher. But he struggles with Raven and he's almost positive that 'suck worms, loser!' wasn't how that translation was supposed to turn out.

With everything that had happened lately, Victor hadn't taken as much time as usual to study his languages. He did alright with Raven, and tried his hardest with Parseltongue, though there was at least one translation that he felt like he got horribly wrong.

Xander kind of sucks at Raven. Because after having handwavied the conversation with Matthew it'd be totally unfair for him not to. Granted he's better at translating it when it's sitting on a piece of paper in front of him than when talking to an actual Raven, so it's not totally flubbed. Parseltongue is okay, though still clearly not what he was put on this earth to speak.

Jake's Raven translation wavers into Rat, but the Parseltongue translations goes fairly well. He gets the main ideas across, even if the details are a little fudged.

Zero does all right at Raven, nothing spectacular, and actually rather well at Parseltongue. Terror of the guest speaker seems to have made her perform better. She does muck up a few bits, though, because all those sibilants get confusing after a while.

Walter does alright on Raven, but missing out on Lord Vizzle the lecturer doesn't help his performance with Parseltongue. At least he studied with Victor and Pippi.

Pippi did good with raven, a few of the translations are affected by her particular "flair". But much better with Parseltongue.

Getting ready to coach Walter and Victor in it really helped.

Molly found translating both languages easier than speaking them. So, at least she didn't fail the quiz.

Draco did very well on the Parseltongue, having heard it many times. He screwed up a little on the Raven though.

Sakura does pretty well on Parseltongue, despite the fact that she had been only marginally terrified of Voldemort and her mun completely forgot to actually have her talk to Mr. Creepy... Raven, on the other hand, she belatedly realized she had apparently missed in her week of absence. Therefore, she wings it completely, no pun intended. She also doesn't do well.

She somehow manages a low C.

Stark does pretty well on Raven and slightly less ok on Parseltongue.
