The Tick was at the front of the room as always. Lockheed was givig hopeful glances to Cameron from his normal book shelf.

"Hello, students! Today you will be starting on your big project for the semester. It's actually pretty simple. I'll split you into groups of two. Each group will figure out a theory - any theory - about how Justice works. Take Parker's Darwinist view of Justice, for example (well, don't take it, it's hers). Once you have a theory worked out, you'll be using any of these ~~cartoons~~ documentaries on my desk to showcase the theory."

"Pending Professor Mac's approval ~~which I totally forgot to get beforehand, oops~~, I'd like to use the Danger Shop to showcase these theories at life size and see if they hold true. Your theories and how they apply to the documentaries are due two weeks from today."

"This project is all about teaming up with someone and compromising on your views of Justice, so get into your groups and get to talking!"

"This weeks metaphor is lightbulbs. And this week's extra credit is to devise a battlecry for your project partner!"

Cameron enters the class. Not only is he wearing the black superhero costume, he's always carrying a bag with chocolate cake, chocolate chip cookies, twinkies, ho-ho's, muffins, gum, candy bars and some other candy.

Lockheed looked at Cameron hopefully. He wanted his bribe from detention!

Cameron moved closer to the closet where Lockheed was sitting. "Yo, buddy. I got something for you," he said as he held up the bag.

Lockheed gleed.

"Uh, where do you want me to put it?" He asked.

Lockheed pointed to Tick's desk. It would be fine there.

"I don't suppose you're going to dress up as a clown?" Cameron asked as he put the bag on Tick's desk.

Lockheed flew down to the bag and curled up around it. He was a dragon. He hoarded.

He also shook his head at Cameron's question.

"Thought at much. Enjoy the candy," Cameron said and realised his costume didn't have pockets.

Aeryn has no idea what's going on, but between the outfit and the possibility of John being a gay cowboy, she's writing today off completely.

"Yo," Cameron said when he noticed Aeryn watching and tried not to squirm because now he was getting nervous.

She gestures to the suit.

He can get embarrassed or just go with it. "You like?"

"I have no complaints, but... Is there a reason?"

"Uh, Parker and I had a discussion about costumes and uniforms and I might have said that uniforms attract chi-girls. So she said she'd come up with a tasteful one and I'd have to wear it. I think," he frowns as he's not entirely sure how the whole thing came into being.

"You're wearing this to attract females?" she frowns.

"No, I'm wearing it because Parker made me." And Jaye kinda looked happy with it, but he doesn't say that out loud.

Parker comes in ten minutes late, wearing no make-up and looking embarassed about both things, but she grins maniacally when she sees Cam. "Stand, walk, and turn, please. Lorelai does good work!"

"It's not because I'm wearing a uniform that I have to follow orders, Parkie." Cameron argues.

Parker pouted. "Awwww. Please? I just want to see! You said tasteful, I have to check, don't I?" She grinned and admired what was already visible, though.

He rolled his eyes and got to his feet and turned around for Parker. Jaye had seemed to like it well enough so he might as well.

Parker applauded. "Yay, Captain Costume! You are a good sport and a superhero, Cam. Thank you for playing!" She grinned. "Unless you want a cape too?"

Cameron blushed at the applauding. "Uh, I think I'm good like this. A cape only works if you can actually fly."

Grinning, Parker said, "True enough. So, how does it work for pulling in chicks?" she asked, tongue-in-cheek with a glance in Jaye's direction.

Trying to ignore the obvious glance and knowing who she's looking at without having to actually look, he shrugged. "I'm just finding out, the day is still young. Why don't you tell me, Parkie?"
