"So... where are the eggheads?"

Dante'd been fighting something out of a Japanese schoolgirl's nightmare out there. He'd been hoping someone was close to a solution. Instead the door was still closed, and... "Eight AM. I stayed up fighting shit until eight AM."

He nudged against the door and found it open. "'Kay then," he said, wandering inside. "Maybe there's some eggheads after all."

"Can I see that?" Kathy asked, making her way over to Rhys. "Is it a chunk of a map, too?"

"Looks like it," Rhys said, looking at it more closely. "I think I slept on it."

Kathy held her third out, looking to see if the edges matched up. "Definitely looks to be the same map," she said. "Yours has those strange labels, too."

"Probably?" Kathy said. "Not sure how these tie in with the giant rabbits and all the other weirdness, but it might have something to do with why the spell fizzled and we didn't make it to wherever we were going."

She frowned. "Maybe once we get the rest of this, it'll be clearer. Looks like we're missing the north side, yeah?"
