Wednesday 3/15, Library is Open

Zero opened up the library, as usual, and settled in behind the desk to be available for all the student body's libraryish needs. Which frequently seemed to consist of gossiping and bringing the aides pastry, but hey, she wasn't complaining.

"You know, a butler assassin would be really lousy. Everyone would know he did it," Peter joked.

"I have Skeeter seventh period on Friday, so I'll be sure to be on my best behavior so she doesn't try to make me an animal for the full weekend or anything."

"Oh, good. Because, y'know, taking an octopus to Ching Tai, well..." Zero leaned over the desk and said softly, "They eat octopuses in China, you know."

"Gah," Peter squirmed. "I'll have to be careful what I order."

"Okay. I should get going. I have to continue to remember what life is like with only four limbs. I'll see you on Friday," Peter said, grinning like a big dork again.
