Wednesday 3/15, Library is Open

Zero opened up the library, as usual, and settled in behind the desk to be available for all the student body's libraryish needs. Which frequently seemed to consist of gossiping and bringing the aides pastry, but hey, she wasn't complaining.

"Other piercings. Other places. Heard of them, never thought-- ow, dear god, wouldn't you want anesthesia for that?!" Parker pointed at the website, still with that same look on her face.

"Oh. Oh, ow." Zero surreptitiously crossed her legs. "Why would you--never mind, I'm sure they'd have had a good reason, but...yeh, pretty squalling sure you'd want anesthesia."

Parker backed out of the site, shuddering. "Ow. Ow. Ow. Ow. I just-- go to look for bells for a costume, and the internet takes you into the equivalent of that skeezy alley we were in last week. Dear God. You'd think that site would be blocked, but I guess piercings aren't automatically a red flag."

"Rhymes with thieves. And yes, as is dropping from them." Parker went back to the harem bell site, and started laughing hysterically.

Zero turned very pink. After several moments, she asked, "Arachnid?"

"Treppanated? Or, celebrated. Either's appropriate." Parker was still snickering. "Okay. Chainmail. And, heeeeee...."

"Celebrated doesn't rhyme with arachnid!" Zero peered over Parker's shoulder. "Oh dear lord."

"You want to use 'whack kid'? Spider is easier, you know." Parker nodded, then just chortled. "Ow. Ow. Does anyone bikini wax enough for that?"

"Spider would be cheating. And totally obvious." Zero peeked over her shoulder again. "Oh, 'inspected for burrs' my arse. Stuff would get caught in it!"

"See, this is what I was thinking. No way in hell." She looked at one of the other links, and said, "I shouldn't. I so, so, shouldn't click on that. It will only end in tears from giggling too much."

Zero fell out of her chair, she was laughing so hard. "ABNORMALLY LARGE." This was followed by more gales of laughter.

Parker went back a link to check something, then started giggling even more. "Opaque--" Then she lost it and fell off her chair, laughing too much to breathe.
