The Art of BS [Thursday, February 5, 2015, 4th period]
"A couple weeks ago, the President of the United States gave a State of the Union address," Josh said. "And every single State of the Union includes the phrase 'the state of our Union is strong,' which is usually a completely bullshit answer. Today I'm going to give you a terrible scenario--your job is going to bullshit your way out of it in a way that would make people applaud you, even if it's only for your complete audacity."
He smiled. "This should be fun."
He smiled. "This should be fun."

Bullshit!

"Well, it's unfortunately falling on me to break this news to you that girls will have to leave the school immediately."
He swallowed and tried to think of some good reasoning for them having to leave.
"But, that's because the school's sending you on an all expenses paid cruise for the duration of the school year! You'll be having much more fun there than you would be here!"
...yep.

She went on to explain that while the televisions were borked, the radios, books, and internet were still working fine. With their help, it was Raven's plan to unplug all the televisions in the common rooms and replace them with high quality stereo equipment and well stocked bookshelves -- and sure, maybe a big computer monitor or two if they really needed to watch something. "This need not be a time of stress! Instead, let's look at it as a time to expand our minds and our imaginations! Television is dead, but our social lives don't have to be!"

"After all, when it comes to something from space causing trouble, what's scarier? A spaceship full of world-devouring monsters or a big ole' rock? I'd be more scared of the monsters, personally, and you know what? I'm not even scared of that. This will be taken care of shortly."
