Detention, Saturday, February 25th 2006

Fraser's standing quietly at the front of the classroom, waiting for those with detention to file in and take their seats.

The names are listed on the board.

Xander Harris
Chloe Sullivan
Blair Sandburg
Lily Evans

When everyone is seated, Fraser starts speaking. "I'm sure you all know why you've been called here today. Whether it be for misbehavior, disrespect to a teacher, not going to class or, and sorry Mr. Sandburg, being the winner of a very peculiar lottery, you have all earned detention in one way or another. It's an unfortunate circumstance and one I'm sure you do not wish to repeat. We will begin activities shortly, we will break for lunch, and there will be more activites after lunch. If everything is successful, I will dismiss you in the early evening. Any questions?"

Quinn points to the Mountie. "I didn't care what the guy's name was, I'm here," she says, like it's the simplest thing ever.

Which was exactly what he'd been getting at, and also... totally fair. Like he wouldn't have tried getting detention on purpose if he'd known the Mountie some hot lady teacher was running it? Hell, looking back, he probably had, at least once.

So Xander only glared a little. On the inside.
