Rory wandered in after ACJ and curled up behind the desk.

The library is here. There are books. There are even pretty girls to help you find them.

[ooc: ~~And while Rory is here except for 4th and 7th periods, her player will be AFK until 1:30 or so EST~~. I'm here now!]

Rory's sitting up and reading The Time Traveler's Wife.

There might be sniffling. It'll be denied like whoa if mentioned, though.

And she's off!

And now she's back!

Back to doing some of that...work stuff.

Rory's sorting books for reshelving.

Oh noes?

"Hey, sleepy Rory," Angela says, tiptoeing in.

Nadia comes in about midway through the period, looking a little bit lost. She's only actually come to the library once before, after all.

Angela is still aroumd, somewhere. "Hey, Nadia. Need help?"

Nadia smiled slightly. "Hey Angela. Yeah, I'm looking for something by Dante Ally-something. . . . I don't remember the whole name. It's for my foreign literature class, though."

"Dante Alighieri?" Angela guessed. She took a few blind stabs at spelling his last name for the computer before giving up and searching on just the first name. "He wrote The Inferno and the Divine Comedy. Looks like they're with the Italian poetry, which is on those shelves in the center."

"'m awake!" Rory said, sitting up and looking around blearily.

"Of course," Angela agreed. "You were just ... concentrating, right?"

"Meditating," Rory nodded. "It's important for, um, reflection and stuff."

"You need time to clear all the gunk out of your head," Angela said. "It's really smart of you to remember that."

"Yes, exactly," Rory said, nodding solemnly. "And putting your head down on your desk and shutting your eyes? Best way to meditate."

Isabel wandered into the library after Speech class, not in the mood to go to the gym today.

"Hey Rory..."

"Hey, Isabel," Rory said, waving. "How are you?"

"Especially in class," Angela agreed.

"So has anything exciting happened yet today?"

"I stopped by and saw John," Rory said, stretching a little. "Poor guy."

"Pretty good," she smiled. "How have you been? Do anything fun for Valentine's day?"

"Xander told me Aeryn was leaving," Angela said. "I feel really bad for them. I'm just not sure what to say to him, you know? It's not like I was close to Aeryn."

Rory nodded. "I wasn't that close with her, either, but I - " She faltered a little. "I guess I kind of understand how John's feeling," she said, glancing over at Angela. "Or at least, I will by the end of the year."

"Um, not really. Just had a quiet evening in my room," Rory said, smiling a little doofily. "What about you?"

"I hung out with the single people in your common room. There was food, and semi-bad movies. It was fun." Isabel might grin at the doofy smile and wonder what Rory wasn't saying, but she knew all about secrets and certainly wasn't going to push.

"Of course now though?" She shooker her head, "I really need fluffy stuff. Can you recommend any trashy romances?"
