Library, Thursday All Day

There was a black and white kid in a black and white suit working in the library today. He bustled about getting his work done efficiently and with a smile on his face, just happy to be able to go to school in a place with a library that was this fantastic. And when the books acted up today, a bunch of vintage motorcycle magazines getting into a scuffle that left them dog-eared and worn, he just sighed, scolded the lot of them, and then set to work patiently smoothing out the creases in the pages.

This, of course, wasn't any different from any other Thursday. Evan still hadn't noticed that anything was amiss around the school. He was a tiny bit too antisocial for that sort of thing.

"Later," Evan replied, returning Victor's smile as he offered him his bongos back. "Let me know what you think of the poetry books when you're done them?"

With a smile like that, Evan was going to have to get some bongos now, wasn't he?
