Umbridge High School Building, Saturday Evening

There were some clouds hanging around the spires of Umbridge High School, but not enough; there was an overlaying sense that there shouldn't be as much sunlight shining down on it as there was.

It was quiet. Kind of. There was tension in the air, a wound-up strung-up thing that ensnared the school. Somehow it seemed as if even the birds didn't want to touch down on the building itself, and the gates seemed to fold into themselves, even if they weren't quite shut.

And all that on a weekend, too.

Bobby wasn't sensitive to magic, exactly, but when the spell broke, he could feel it- feel the awareness of every single molecule of moisture in the air return to him in a rush. It was like... like he'd been blind and deaf all this time and now his senses had returned to him fully. Water was everywhere and it was his to cool and manipulate once again. The ice he'd had to work so hard to keep under control for the past few years now spread out around him as he stood, Sookie's body still in his arms.
