Fandom High Welcome Picnic, Front Lawn of the School, All Day: Part II
Some extra tables had been set up in the shade of the trees on the lawn, away from the buffet in spots where it might be less crowded and much quieter. Well, aside from the mariachi band, but at least their music was entertaining? They might even take requests!
[OCD is up, have at it! This is the FIRST post for general mingling. Please use this post first, if your browser can handle the comment load. Roommates, fake siblings and teachers are all here and there's more room for mingling here. Since it's outside, the picnic is open to all students, teachers, and townies!]

Oh if he only knew.
Re: General Mingling [Summer 2012-1]
... Not that she really knew for sure whether he was human or not, because he probably couldn't tell about her, either. But still. "So did you get the talk about all the... talking pink ponies and stuff?"

No, he would have still eaten one. Just to see if it was good compared to what he baked.

"Hi," she said, smiling because why wouldn't she? Nice people deserved to get smiled at. "And uh, it seems ––" Odd. "–– interesting?"

The thought made her absently fiddle with her MedAlert bracelet. "So... How's the school? My new brother mostly told me about the weird stuff."
Re: General Mingling [Summer 2012-1]
"But the school's pretty great," she went on. "No one really cares what you do, you barely have to go to class, there are great parties and everyone's really nice. It's way better than real school."
Though she missed real math class.

She was yet to decide whether that was a good thing or not. Though there was a not insignificant chance that she herself would not be a particularly weird thing, here. And that fell on the good side of the scale.
"But I don't know. I think I... might like it not being normal."
