Gun Club: [2/4]

Marty slowly made his to the gun range. He unlocked the doors and the weapons cabinet before setting up the array of targets for his fellow students.

He made sure that the following was posted:

SAFETY RULES:

· TREAT ALL GUNS AS IF THEY WERE LOADED

· KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER UNTIL READY TO FIRE

· BE SURE OF YOUR TARGET AND WHAT’S BEYOND

· ALWAYS WEAR HEARING AND EYE PROTECTION

· NEVER USE ALCOHOL OR DRUGS BEFORE OR WHILE SHOOTING.

· CHECK IN ALL WEAPONS BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE RANGE.

Breaking any of these rules means an immediate visit with Principal "DUDE", or the guy with the funny hat.

Come on in, sign in, and go bang.

After stopping by Angel's place, and killing an hour just sitting in sunlight, Parker's in the mood toe shoot things. She's moving like she's a hundred years old, but she is hitting just about every target, mostly because she's being that deliberate.

She nods to Marty when she comes in. "Hey."

"Define 'okay.'" Parker grimaced, and stopped shooting for a minute. "Callisto's the worst off, but she'll recover. Cam and Alanna both got broken or dislocated bones. No one on Aeryn's team got more than scrapes and bruises. It looks like everyone's exhausted, but will be okay." She cocked her head at him. "How about you? How did it go? You're still here, and we didn't see Bel, so I assume it didn't get ruined."

Pippi has a bag with her, she gets her stuff and the flintlock from the locker, and sets up at a target. She pulls four other flintlocks out of her bag and sets about cleaning them.

"Hi Pippi," Marty says looking at the flintlocks appreciatively. "Nice guns. Antiques or replicas?"

"Hi Marty, how are you this morning?" She grins down at the guns, "Antiques I guess. Heirlooms, they belonged to my Grandfather Captain Fabian Longstocking, Terror of the Seven Seas."

A consertina started up out of nowhere.

Grandfather Fabe put out to sea,
For a life of piracy.
He loved to roam and he was free.
Shoo hahaha lay ha-nay.

Pippi claps her hand over her mouth and the consertina stops with a sower note.

"Oh dear. That's been happening all day... Yea, so... They're quite old. Would you like to try one?"

Vala cocks her gun and takes careful aim at the person-shaped target.

Looking down, Vala's annoyed to see she's emptied the clip. Then she's even more annoyed to have been singing in public. This one's probably going down on Cam's account as well.

Without a word to anyone she storms off the gun range.
