The Library is Open (02/02)

Rory went to the library after ACJ to see it unopened, and raised a brow before hurriedly opening up and taking her place behind the desk.

Parker palmed her face and then glared. "The puppy question wasn't so bad, but that other? During a first-period class? Gah!" She sighed. "My only consolation is that there is no real way to have studied for that test. Aside from watching more 'documentaries' on Mr. Bunny and Mr. Duck. So at least I didn't flunk on familiarity with the material."

"So. What are you up to, aside from torture of your fellow students?"

"Ah. Of course." Parker pulled hers out, frowned at it, then handed it over, looking guilty. Part of the casing was cracked and patched over with tape. "I'm getting a new one soon, but it's probably okay through study group."
