The Library is Open (02/02)

Rory went to the library after ACJ to see it unopened, and raised a brow before hurriedly opening up and taking her place behind the desk.

Rory might be glancing at the doors a bit.

Rory's headed off to Campaigning - maybe another aide can help you?

Rory's back and concentrating on her laptop yet again.

Last chance to snag her before she jets off to Jung!

Think of Rory in absentia, as she is off talking archetypes.

Cordy opens the library doors and walks over to the desk, smiling at Rory. "Hey, Rory," she says. "How's it going?"

"Hi Cordy," Rory said, returning the smile. "Pretty good. You got the email, right?"

Janet stopped in after Classics let out. "Hi," she said, smiling a little at Rory and dropping her ~~much lighter than usual~~ backpack behind the Collections Desk. "Sorry I haven't been in lately. I haven't been feeling well."

"Yes I did," she said, handing her cell phone over to Rory. "And it's no problem at all. Knock yourself out."

Lee comes in, finds a seat, finds a book, and falls fast asleep.

"Awesome. I think Cal's going to get yours," Rory mused, taking the phone and tucking it into a small bag she had behind the desk. "She'll be careful, I think."

Walter came in during second period, frustrated that the library hadn't been open during first. No way did he want to present Alfred with half-assed reports after Tuesday.

He moved off purposefully into the stacks, not giving Rory a second glance.

"S'okay," Rory smiled. "Do you want to go rest?"

"No biggie," Cordy said, shrugging. "I can always get a new one."

Angel came in. "Hey, Rory."

"No, I need to get out," said Janet. "If I stare at the walls of my room one minute longer, I may go insane. So, ah--" She paused. "Parker told me about a study group."

"Hi Angel," Rory said brightly, waving. "How're you?"

Peter walks in, takes a seat, and starts studying the Preamble for his Government class. He was determined to successfully study for Government in the library at least once.

Instead, he was fighting the urge to throw bits of paper at Lee while he slept. Peter was still carrying a slight grudge over the radio on Saturday.

Rory nodded. "Yeah, I'm lending out mine, too, so...feh. Anyway! Thank you for bringing it by."

Rory raised her brows.

"Did she tell you the details of the study group? Because we could totally use someone like you involved."

"No problem. I'll see you later!" Cordy said, waving as she left the library.

Angel's a whole big bucket of neutral expression today. "Got your message. Email. Thing."

Parker came in looking half-dead. "Damnit. I forgot today was mine."

Rory nodded. "Cool. Phone? If you want. I mean, it'll just help a lot with the studying. We're going to install some study aid software, so it'll be easier to locate...um, materials via phone and satellite."
