Monster attack

Shots can still be heard down in the town. The troopers seem to be all tied up down there. Which is why it might be disconcerting to anyone watching out the windows to see figures begin rising out of the snow on the lawn of the school. More are moving out of the trees also.

They begin making their way toward the buildings.

[[OOC: If people choose to leave the building to fight, please organize yourselves into groups (preferably in the gym thread) and post your location in the subject line. This will make it a lot easier for me to keep track of everything.]]

Sam kept giggling. Oh, this was so bad. There was no way her aim would be steady while she was shaking with laughter. "As plans go, this is definitely one of the goofier ones."

"What scares me the most is that it's also been one of the more effective ones." He looks down at his ankle, the blood is now freezing to his jeans, which are, in turn, freezing to his leg. "Anyone have a bandage?"

"Not on me, now." The only good thing about the cold? It's slowed the blood flow from her head.

It's a good thing she didn't say that out loud, or Shep would be forced to respond that it also appeared to have slowed the blood flow to it. :)
