Monster attack

Shots can still be heard down in the town. The troopers seem to be all tied up down there. Which is why it might be disconcerting to anyone watching out the windows to see figures begin rising out of the snow on the lawn of the school. More are moving out of the trees also.

They begin making their way toward the buildings.

[[OOC: If people choose to leave the building to fight, please organize yourselves into groups (preferably in the gym thread) and post your location in the subject line. This will make it a lot easier for me to keep track of everything.]]

Peter, miraculously still wearing his ski mask five minutes into a fight, hurried over to Angel and made a quick request. "Hey! You have flaming weapons to use on these guys?" he asked.

Angel, who had senses other than his eyeballs to tell him who people were, thought to himself that at least Peter had dressed for the weather, unlike some people he could mention.

"Yeah," he said. He pointed to the bag of stakes on the ground that he was sharing with Cameron. He fished out a disposable lighter from his coat and offered it to Peter. "Light. Throw. Not at me."

"Thanks!" Peter took the lighter an armful of stakes before leaping back to the gym doors.
