Monster attack

Shots can still be heard down in the town. The troopers seem to be all tied up down there. Which is why it might be disconcerting to anyone watching out the windows to see figures begin rising out of the snow on the lawn of the school. More are moving out of the trees also.

They begin making their way toward the buildings.

[[OOC: If people choose to leave the building to fight, please organize yourselves into groups (preferably in the gym thread) and post your location in the subject line. This will make it a lot easier for me to keep track of everything.]]

No one had seen Artie since the troopers had left him to head to the school the night before.

But as the army of snow monsters came up to the school, Artie bounded across the lawn after them.

"Halt foul frozen freaks! I will not let you hurt the children!"

Anakin raised an eyebrow at the newcomer.

He hardly considered himself a child.

Artie continued bouncing and bounding about, taunting the snow men and driving them together towards the folks with the weapons.

Artie launched a punch at one of the snow men, only to have his fist sink harmlessly into it's midsection. He stared at it for a long moment, pulled his fist out, and flexed it a few times.

Then he started bouncing again, this time punching at their heads instead of at their "stomachs"

Still firing at the snow monsters advancing on the dorm, Shep edged over towards Anakin. He lifted his chin at the guy in the red long underwear (and did *not* start singing,)

"What's with this guy?"

"I have no idea," Anakin said, eyes wide. "He's so bouncy."

He winced as Artie got hit (http://community.livejournal.com/fandomhigh/572795.html?thread=27318651#t27318651) by a wave of ice from a snow alien's gun.

"Bouncy, apparently, is bad," he commented.

"You'd think that being all frozen like that, he'd shatter when he hit the floor. That'd be kind of cool gross, wouldn't it?"
