Monster attack

Shots can still be heard down in the town. The troopers seem to be all tied up down there. Which is why it might be disconcerting to anyone watching out the windows to see figures begin rising out of the snow on the lawn of the school. More are moving out of the trees also.

They begin making their way toward the buildings.

One snowman fell apart, others got chunks of snow ripped out of them, but kept advancing.

Ivanova frowned. That wasn't good. She fired again, taking a step backwards, and glanced at her roommate. "Lyta! Can you do anything to these guys?"
