Parker tugged on her own temporarily-mandated ponytail, and said, "Hair's not a small issue. Think it through." Then she grinned. "We gave Dr. Pierson his present yesterday. Sorry you couldn't be there."

"Me too," Angela says, a trifle wistfully. "I hardly get to see him, especially because I had to drop medieval history. You guys got a coat, right? Did he like it?"

"He did. And he looked damn cool in it, too. He knows it was from you as well." Parker smiled. "I'm sorry you're not in history. Zero and I are having fun pestering him in that class."

"Yeah, it was just one thing too many. I was ambitious and added government, and found out in about two days that I can't do six classes plus this. I'll take something with him next semester."

"I'm struggling with five plus more StuCo. We're going to scale back I-Club to once a month, which should help. But I'm sure you'll enjoy it, next semester. How are you enjoying Government?" Parker smirked. "Professor Lyman is a lot of fun for campaigning, at least."
