Rory sleepily made her way into the library, coffee in hand, and took her seat behind the desk.

Sure, "happy" or "awake" wouldn't be very apt descriptions today. But really, did that matter?

Parker grimaced. "I'm being forced to sing at Caritas. For ransom. I'd like moral support from people who won't laugh too hard at the song choice later."

"But yeah, I'm up for it. What do you have to sing?"

"Esme," Parker said, looking pathetic. "I got home from the spa, and she was gone. And I have to sing Partridge Family . 'I Think I Love You.'" She made a face. "And dedicate it to Jarod."

"Someone took Esme? That's just nasty. I mean, who would steal a rabbit?" Angela shakes her head in dismay. "But I'm there. Even if you have to sing to Jarod."

"Thanks. I appreciate it. You can watch when I disembowel the bunnynappers later." Parker grimaces. "Oh, and Dr. Pierson said he might stop by today, so we can finally give him his Christmas present. At least that's something."
