"Let me know when you have some news. And stakes are highly overrated." Walter gave Angel a grin and pushed his chair back.

"Come see me in the gym sometime. I want to see what you've got." He made a face. "In a clothed way."

"Was gonna say," Angel gave a slight smirk. "And same here. I need to partner up with somebody who can take me."

There was a slight pause.

"That was less gay in my head too."

Walter had heard a little about Angel's partner.

"That's okay. I think that leaves us even." He gave Angel a wave and headed out, having completely failed to look at the books.
