"Being an overachiever is harder than it looks," said Janet, sighing along with Rory. "This school has only the most basic science program, and I've already gotten all of the biological science courses offered out of the way at my old high school."

"Are youtaking any of Dr. Grissom's classes? Like, the forensics one?" Rory asked. "I mean, that wasn't offered at my old school, and by school I mean snooty academy where they had practically everything." She smiled. "And they do offer the stuff I'll be going into, here. I mean, four years of journalism classes should probably be a hint."

"I've already taken a forensics class," said Janet, grinning. "My old high school wasn't a snooty academy, but they had a deal worked out that let us take summer courses at a nearby college if we had a high enough GPA." She was pretty sure her transcripts actually reflected that too. "So you're going into journalism? Print or television?"
