"I hope never to hear about Student Council elections again," said Janet. "I think that next year I'm going to find a way to ignore it to an even greater level than I did this year." She grinned at Parker. "That said, you guys will do a great job. Again."

"Thanks." Parker grinned. "Granted, not hard to run a campaign with only four, then three people running for three spots. Still, Angel's on the Council too, and I think I can take a good whack of the credit for that. Although damn, next time I'm getting Jaye Tyler to make my posters. Girl's got talent. And cojones."
