The P.A. crackles to life, and Zordon's monotonous, booming voice can be heard all across the campus.

"Will all teenagers with attitude please pay attention? Today, we have new students arriving. Room assignment sheets and keys are being distributed currently out of ~~my office~~ the Command Center, as the main office is currently unmanned. As our illustrious principal would say, never hire a man to do a machine's job." There is a short pause. "All incoming students should obtain their assignments and keys as soon as possible. Please note that some current students have changed to on-campus housing, and some of you currently living in the dorms now have new roommates and neighbors. Enjoy."

The P.A. then goes quiet for a brief moment before a burst of static through which clanking and occasional exclamations of "Ay-yi-yi-yi-yi!" may be heard.

Zordon is, of course, stuck in his tube. Alpha 5 sits outside the door to the Command Center, a box of manila envelopes ready to hand out to those students who have already turned in their Resident Life forms.

Any current students who would like to request a change of rooms or need to swap out their keys can also stop by and pick up or drop off their forms.

OOC Note: Am currently at work, and may be a bit slow to respond. After 6PM PST/9PM EST responses will be much quicker. Feel free to roleplay dropping by to get your rooming assignments. (

agent_principal will probably be dropping in later as well to man the table.) Until then? Just grab your envelope. Inside are the official room assignment forms (i.e. proof that you belong there) and your room key.

Roommates have been assigned according to what we thought would be fun situations for everyone to roleplay. You are, of course, free to request a room change at a later date, but consider this a fun beginning-of-term bonding exercise. *g*

Paige practically skips in with the paper work for Sawyer moving out of his room on the third floor into the West Attic.

(( any other into you might need let me know I can never remember what room he was originally in and Sawyer mun isn't about)

Alpha looks at the paperwork, then up at Paige. The red optical scanner across the front of his head flickers, almost as if he's confused, and he reads the name on the sheet again. "Ay-yi-yi! This form does not appear to be for you, miss."

Paige frowns, "erm no it's my boyfriend," she replies looking confused.

Rory, realizing she needed to move out of Parker's spare room eventually, stopped by.

"Um. Hi? I need to request a room change, I guess," she said timidly.

((OOC: Rory could move in with Buffy!!!))

[ooc: Hee! Rory *really* wants a single, though. This has nothing to do with the fact that Anakin just got a roommate. Nothing at all. Really.]

"Room change?" asked Alpha, excitedly. This was a change of pace! He extracted a sheet of paper from the folder full of room change forms and handed it to Rory. "If you just fill that out, we can get your room change processed right away. Do you have a particular room or floor in mind?"

"Second floor, if I can stay there," Rory said, taking the form and starting to fill it out. "I've been staying with my friend in rooms 234 and 236, but I know she probably wants me out soon."

Lilly comes up to Alpha 5, just accidentally dropping her bag, so that she has to bend over and pick it up right in front of Alpha 5's sexy, robotic self.

"Hi, Mr. Dean's assistant or whatever. I heard we can apply to live in the dorms here? I think the drone who worked in Res Affairs lost my application ~~because she's totally jealous of me~~. But my friend Allie Cameron, she's a student, and I would like to live together in the dorms if we could.

It would be really great if you could hook us up with a suite," she says with a wink.

Alpha 5, sadly, is oblivious to Lilly's formidable charms ~~since the writers of a kids' show don't, after all, take these things into account~~. He is, however, quite eager to be of assistance, and quickly taps a few keys on the laptop computer in front of him.

"Yes, we do in fact have a suite available on the fourth floor for you two, if you could just fill out those forms there," he says, gesturing to the stack of room change forms. "Make sure you have your friend turn her paperwork back in as soon as possible so she can pick up her key, and you'll be in 422/424."

Lilly fills out the forms ~~seductively, hey, can't blame a girl for trying~~, and hands them back.

"Thank you so much, I really appreciate it. I'll have

allie_cameron stop by as soon as she gets back into town, and pick up her key. She's at home with her parents until tomorrow."

Jack finally remembers to turn in his paperwork moving out of Room 306 and into Room 215.

Smith, who has conveniently arrived at this time, smiles. "Thank you, Mister Harkness. I hope the change of scenery will work out for you. Academically, as opposed to sexually, I mean." Smith glances over the forms, and produces a key from a filing cabinet. "Congratulations, you are officially registered as being in Room 215."

"Hi Alpha. I came down to turn in River's Room key."

"Miss Rutledge, I can process that for you." Smith's eyebrow raise a little above the top of his sunglasses. "So eager and willing to do your part. Good."

Veronica and Chloe walk up to the table.

"We need to submit paperwork to move from room 228 to the east attic," Veronica says.

Alpha 5 might very well be buried in paperwork by now ~~but the mun never uploaded the icon for it, oops~~, but this hasn't dampened his cheerful programming. "Certainly, certainly! Do you have the papers on hand? If so, all we'll need to do is switch out your keys, and you can move whenever you're ready! Ay-yi-yi! This is all so exciting!"

Callisto finally rememebered to bring in the final paperwork for her move to 306.

"Hey, is it possible to keep 306 as a single? My roommate ~~escaped the clutches of tryanny~~ left, and my marks were all high."

"No." Smith answers, looking over the forms that Callisto brought back. "You are living in a room designed for two occupants. You aren't that fat, Miss Callisto."

"I believe my girlfriend came in here earlier with paperwork? I'm here to change my room to the West Attic." he smiles as he hands over the paper with his room number 303 on it.

"Never send a girlfriend to do a man's job, Mister Ford." Smith fiddles with the paperwork and stamps a few forms, does a bit of signature work, and hands a key back with a proper room assignment declaration.

"There you go. Enjoy your stay in the attics."
