Angela is deeply, deeply confused. As you would beif you had been ordering a double latte with extra foam at Starbucks and, just as the clerk finally announced that your order was ready, you found yourself in some sort of place with ... a lot of books. A library?
And, apparently, there is a weather balloon in the library. A roaming weather balloon.
Angela did the only logical thing in this situation.
"I guess?" Rory bit her lip. "She looked kind of weird. Her hair was a different color, and she was a little taller. Could've been the lighting, though. But...yeah."

She screamed. LOUD.
Re: Deep in the bowels of the library...
"Angela?" she called, hurrying into the stacks. "Angela, are you okay?"
Re: Deep in the bowels of the library...
*making rover vibrate.*
*it was not a good vibrate.*
*two in one day.*
*what are the odds?*
*rover rolls forward.*
*and the screaming notangela-angela disappears.*
*and reappears on the steps to town hall.*
*his job done, rover rolls out of this special place.*
*and back through the library on his way to his office again.*
*and the video feeds.*
*and lava lamps.*
*and hopefully, the good kind of vibrates.*
Re: Deep in the bowels of the library...
This train of thought, like her scream, is rather firmly interrupted by Rover.
