After Classics--and a quick trip to visit Daniel--Janet opened up the library, dropped her backpack in a corner, and started finding excuses not to work.

After leaving Marty and company, Angel passed by Wesley.

At first he walked right past Wesley. Then he paused.

He turned around and stared.

*barely looking up* Hi, Angel. Here for the show?

"Show?" Angel asked. He seemed distracted.

Yeah. If he wants that library card, he's gonna have to work for it...are you all right?

"I'm great," Angel grinned. "So what's the show? Is there going to be dancing? Maybe even nudity?"

Um. No. To the nudity. Ew. There might be dancing?

"There may very well be dancing," murmured Janet. "But there will definitely be singing."

"He looks like a dancer," Angel said.

*to Janet* Oh, yes. Much singing. My poor ears.

*turning to Angel* Right, are you sure you're all right? Haven' caught the undead brain-fever or somethin'?

"Nothing wrong with noticing the features of men," Angel told her. "Or women. Or cats, if that's your thing."

*looks alarmed and starts to inch away* Er. Yes. Right then. Some weird vampire thing, one supposes...

Wesley also inches away from the vampire... straight into Zero's path.

Janet blushes and refuses to hide behind Zero. But she started thinking really, really hard about Zero inching away right in front of Janet.

It probably wouldn't work. But you never knew, right?

*Zero does, in fact, inch away right in front of Janet. Funny how that works sometimes. And Zero is tiny, so it's a good thing Janet's not particularly tall either.*
