Lee totally doesn't say the first shop that comes to mind which is Victoria Secret. "Borders, Tiffany's, Brooks Brothers, some other clothing stores I forget the name of. William Sonoma. I was in heaven there."

Angela grins. "You sound like my dad, he loves to cook."

"I miss real shopping. I did a little over Thanksgiving, but .... not enough, you know?"

"Yeah, my mun is woefully behind, I think I have about everything now. Maybe a few more things here and there if I see them," he says. "Any cool Christmas break plans?"

"I'll probabkly go back to Pittsburgh for a couple days," Angela says, a flicker of sadness moving across her face. "What about you? Or are you from one of the places where there isn't Christmas?"

"Where is Pitzburrg?" he asks curiously.

"And yeah, the Colonies have a winter solstice festival but nothing as lavish as what you have here on Earth."

"Pittsburgh is ... western Pennsylvania. About 300 miles from here. Nice city, but not anything you, like, have to see."

"Where are the Colonies?"

Lee begins a long, boring ramble of where the twelve colonies are in relation to the thirteenth colony. And something about some nebula being between them. Yeah.

Angela listens, occasionally nodding, her eyes slowly glazing over.

"That's ... interesting, Lee. Um, I should get back to work. Talk to you later?"

"Oh! Gods, I've been keeping you so long talking! Sorry!" Lee says, abashed.

Angela smiles. "It's cool. I just have to earn my keep, y'know? See you later."
