The Library (Thursday)

Around ten, Zero comes by the library and, realizing it's still locked down, sets about opening it up. The first person to enter will find that half of the lights are still off and a very pissed-off pink cat is sitting on the Circulations Desk.

After Tick's class, Marty comes into the library and finds a table to do some work at. (Waving at Angela as he goes by but not trying to distract her since OMG!JOB)

After doing some more shelving, Angela swings by Marty's table and gives him a kiss on the cheek. "So is this what you do instead of study hall now?" she asks. "I would think you'd get enough old books at Phale's."

Marty smiles and leans back in his chair. "I don't mind the books so much when I don't have to touch them and put them away. Plus the new help around here is pretty cute so that makes the agony of being around old books much easier to bear."

Angela laughs and blushes a little. "I so want to show you Special Collections someday. It's incredible. There's, like, a monkey back there, and it threw books at us, and the shelves moved when I asked them to. But I think you need a teacher's note, so..."

"Do you still want to do Deb's tonight?"

"A monkey? It's not a student is it? If it's wearing fez it could be Krycek. I'd love to see special collections sometime, though I doubt any of my current teachers would approve any project that I would need it for. Maybe next semester."

He then gives Angela a wide grin.

"Of course I'm still up for Debs! If it ever opens Why wouldn't I be? Or we could go to that NPC Chinese restaurant in town if it is still open."

"Nah, not a student. Parker thought it was a librarian. I don't know, it makes my head hurt, so just go with it."

"I could go for Chinese or for Deb's. What do you feel like?"

"Right. Monkey. Okay. If Zero can be a pink kitten, I can live with it. As for dinner, I think some chinese is definitely in order."

"Mmm, wonton soup," Angela says. "I can't wait."

She glances back at the other library aides. "I should actually work now, but I'll catch up with you later on."
