"You should be fine," says Janet. "The Library is generally fond of us assistant types." She shakes her head. "I'm not asking. You know that's best, right?"

"Sentient library. Check," Angela says, still looking dubious. She laughs a little. "It can't be any weirder than getting hit on by a toaster, right?"
