[Ten wanders in at some point and feeds Dante a bagel, cooing at him. He is trying to overcome the temptation of bothering Snape Methos, when Dante burps. If his fire could burn skin, Ten's hand would be quite singed.]

Being of Sunnydale history meant that Angel was far more drawn to libraries than he was to Study Hall. He knew there were some who hung out in FH's library who didn't like him, but he decided to take a chance anyway.

He found a free table, out of the way so he could be easily avoided by those who wanted to avoid him, and started to catch up on his reading.

Feeling much better after another quiet weekend, Elizabeth enters the library, moving towards the stacks.

Zero sits down across from Angel and stares until he looks up.

After returning from town but before going to his room, Belthazor came into the library. He saw Angel and avoided him, wandering among the bookshelves, browsing the titles.

He cleared his throat.

"Hey. You're... taller, than when I last saw you."

Parker doesn' want you in here, but she doesn' have any authority to actually kick anyone out. Also, I'm given to the understandin' you're not evil any more.

*tilts her head* The funny part is, I was willin' to give you a chance to not be a right bastard even when you were definitively evil.

Angel folded his book closed. His posture, which was never that great on the best of occasions, slumped a little more. "Wasn't trying to cause trouble for anybody. I can go."

[Shaking his hand out, Ten leans his elbows on the Circulation Desk. He doesn't say anything.]

Lockheed flew into the library and made his way to the circulation desk. He wanted to get a book about baking cookies, but he needed a library card first.

He had no clue how he would communicate any of this, but that's half the fun.

[Methos emerges from his office, and sees the Doctor.] Good morning. Is there anything in the way of reading material I can offer you this morning?

Methos looks out at the Circulation Desk. And blinked. And blinked again. And rubbed his eyes. Hard.

Yup, there was still a salamander and a dragon sitting at the Circulation Desk.

Hesitently, Methos asks, "Can I help you?"

This would have been easier if there was someone who knew him around. /Oh well./

Lockheed pointed to the shelves, then to himself, and finally grunted something sounding like "Card!" He waited, hoping Methos would put this together.

Janet had finally shoved the chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream back in the freezer, shelved the genetics book, and made her way into the library unnoticed. "Hey, Lockheed," she said as she slipped behind the Collections Desk.

Lee settles in with a book on the wives of military officers and grimaces a little as he reads.

Methos stares at him in confusion, trying to make sense of the gesticulation. He's obviously asking something, and it does not seem to be permission to set fire to the books, because that is not something you generally ask permission for. After making a coughing sort of sound that luckily does not result in a jet of fire, Methos finally figures it out.

He pulls an application from underneath the desk and puts it in front of Lockheed. "Ah... blue or black ink, and no blood, please. I think we can forgive scorch marks, though."

Geoff wanders into the library and up to the circulation desk. He's intending to return the books he borrowed for his poetry class, but he's caught up in watching the salamander and wondering where a person gets that sort of pet.
