"What did he do now?" Parker asks. "I'm already pissed that I had to be the one to break the news about Angel-whoever to Gilmore. You were meeting with him about Drusilla, right? How bad could it get?"

"God, the school didn't even tell Rory and Logan why the guy who tried to kill them is still enrolled? How fucking typical." She aims a sympathetic glance at Parker. "Sorry you had to tell her. How'd she take it?"

"How do you think? Reached for the stake under her pillow, very quietly freaked, demanded explanations I don't have. I had to stay and watch movies with her until she was almost asleep before I thought she'd be okay." She shook her head. "Anyway. I am not happy with our Dean. At all. So. What *else* has he done?"

"Kicked me out of student council for setting fire to Drusilla," Marty snaps. "Then had the nerve to insult me about how I didn't call the police! Yeah hello! Getting my brains bashed in! Let me make a phone call will you?!"

"He WHAT?" Angela says. "I mean -- I don't care whether you're on student council or not, but ... you were trying to keep people from getting killed. And she's a vampire. And put you in the hospital for two days. You would think those would be, like, mitigating circumstances."

Her face is red with anger.

Parker gapes at him, then groans. "Oh, for chrissakes, that is the *stupidest* thing since letting Mr. Teeth stay! How the hell could he think you had a choice? How the hell--" She stops, then shakes her head. "You can't leave Student Council, c'mon! You're one of the sane ones! Between Phoebe and Faith and Anya the OCD Accountant, it'll just be me and Liz and Alanna now! He can't do this!"

Marty scowls "Bristow ~~is my spydaddy and I love him so!~~ is insane. At least Drusilla is gone."

"She's gone? Where to?" Angela asks. "And oh, god, Phoebe," she groans. "Watch for her, by the way. Shane and Tara say her boyfriend has been making threats to Tara. I swear that whole family is cracked."

"Hopefully she's a pile of dust someplace. And Bel is making threats? Swell. Well I guess that's not my problem anymore is it?"

"Crap, crap, crap." Parker grimaces. "Phoebe's taste in men *sucks*. I just wanna point that out. Again."

"And yeah," she says to Angela, looking around, "The new sub for psych was in here earlier. Sane, nice, and get this, in a stunning bit of irony, she's Romany. Gypsy. Wish she'd been here earlier."

She turns to Marty. "Damnit, Blank. It's not fair. I'm sorry. You were doing such a good job, too. Parents Weekend would've been a mess without you."

"He's cute," Angela says, "But, yeah, demons? Not the best bet for boyfriends. Hopefully he doesn't want to do anything except threaten."

She shakes her head at Parker's next bit of news. "God has a sick sense of humor. That's all I have to say about this, seriously."

"If you guys need me to volunteer to run any event, I'll be happy to help. Unless ~~My wonderful Spydaddy!~~ Bristow says I can't help."

Marty sighs.

"I guess I better tell Alanna she's on her own."

"Yeah. Thanks, anwyay," Parker agrees, looking depressed, then brightens. "Oh, the new teacher? Says there's a spell you can do, to revoke a vampire's invitation into someone's house. I was thinking, if she agrees? We could have a Disinvite Party in Rory's room and at Echolls' place, maybe on Wednesday, when they get out of the clinic?"

She grins. "Always assuming they're up for it, but I can't think they wouldn't be."

"Tara mentioned that spell to me as well. I think she might be able to do it for us if we asked."

"I think she and Shane are gone for a while, at least until after the holiday," Angela says, scowling. "Not that I blame them."

"Plus, Marty and I are going to Pittsburgh at noon Wednesday. Unless you changed your mind and didn't tell me."

Marty gives Angela a sly look. "What? And miss all the dirt Danielle has on you? Tough luck, Red. I'm still coming with you."

"What about Caritas? Is Angel(us) still going down there."

"Hell yes. Now more than ever. I talked to Crichton-- did you know that's who he was staying with? -- and the single condition I put on not-staking the New Guy is a clean bill of soul from the Host there. Lorne will know. We're aiming for around 10 tonight, because, woo, no more curfew. Plus, I want to grab as many people as possible if it gets ugly."

She shrugs. "We can do the disinvite whenever. Or just have two parties. Hope you guys have fun in... Pittsburgh?"

"After living here? Turkey in Pittsburgh sounds like heaven. I know I won't a disinvite. Like I'd be nuts enough to let him in my room."

"Well, duh. But you know Rory will want one. Echolls too. I suppose I should point out to Miss Calendar that there might be other people." She shrugs.

"You know, Blue Cove really is going to be weird after this place, but ... I'm still looking forward to it." She grins. "Plus? If she doesn't turn back into a cat? I get to hear Zero's band play on Saturday. Can't miss that. She has a new song-- "Blondes Are Dumb (So I Dye My Hair)".

"It couldn't hurt for me to get one," Angela says reluctantly. "I never let him in, but who knows what Sydney did."

"Tell Zero I want her CD, and I'm sure you'll have much more fun than we will. Blue Cove is Delaware, right? I think Broots said that once."

"Yup. Which reminds me, I need to go talk to him about something." Parker frowns. "Marty, I'm sorry again that you won't be on StuCo. It's not fair and it sucks. If you guys want to come to Caritas tonight, let me know. And if it works out wrong? I'll let you know."

Marty shakes his head. "I'll pass on Caritas tonight. ~~Because I hate talking to myself~~ But don't let that stop you two from going. I also want a copy of that CD."

Parker grins as she gets up. "Got it. Catch you two later."

"I'll go if I can," Angela says. "Call me or come find me before you go?"

[OOC: We have vague, poorly-defined plans tonight. I should be around after 10 FHT, if not before, but can't make promises.]
