Friday Ethics Class, 8-10am

Tara's eyes are shadowed as she greets the class, tension permeating her body.

"I'm sure you've all heard the announcement by now. Angelus has been accused of killing Kitty Pryde - which leaves us short one TA, but up an interesting Ethical question.

"Today we're going to discuss punishment for crimes done."

"Hey, Major K," Tara replies softly, her posture entirely withdrawn, and noticibly lacking exclaimation marks.

"What did you want to talk to me about?"

[ooc: am checking on class from a friend's house. Will probably need to catch you in the morning - I suspect you'll have gone to bed by the time I get home.]

He crouched down beside her chair so they could talk quietly without being overheard if someone walked in. "Angelus." He quickly added. "I'm not getting involved. Maybe he did it, maybe he didn't, not my place to find out if he did. But the topic's gonna come up. How are we gonna handle this?"

"The topic is definitely coming up," she says sombrely. "We're talking about punishment today. Just remember that people are allowed to hold any opinion they like - and try to keep it hypothetical. Guide them back if they start mudslinging. It's all we can do."
