Having handed her delivery over to janet, Vala turns to leave... and sees him. Damn. Damndamndamndamn... She takes a deep breath, puts on her happiest smile and greets him. "Hey, YoYo!"
He didn't see her coming, hadnt expected to run into her here. Not like this. His eyes rove over her, making sure she's in one piece and finally the tighteness between his shoulders that has been there ever since he woke up alone goes away.
"You're back," he says softly, tilting his head as he has no clue what he's supposed to do next. This isn't how he imagined her coming back. He'd have thought himself a bit higher on her priority list.
"Yeah," she says, unnecessarily. "I got back in this morning. Figured you'd be out running and I had a couple of quick errands to do...." She trails off, looking uncomfortable, still desperately trying to read the mood of his response.
"Didn't go running, I slept in." He didn't dream for the first time in weeks. His fingers burn to reach out and touch her, but something is stopping him.
"Oh." She realizes they're standing there like total strangers... or worse like uncomfortable ex-es. She doesn't want to think it could have come to that, so she takes a deep breath and offers: "I missed you, YoYo."
It breaks something inside of him and he doesn't stop to think anymore, just steps forward and wraps his arms around her. This feels right, feels good and he missed it.
"Me too," he whispers as he buries his face in her hair and takes a deep breath.
She doesn't even realize how tense she was until she relaxes into his arms. A fleeting image of Inago busting a gut laughing himself sick to see her so genuinely moved by 'some useless boy', teases at the back of her brain and she banishes it. Screw him! I hope he does keel over in sheer jealousy, she thought, wrapping herself as tightly as she could around Cam.
For a moment he just holds her, revelling in the feeling of having her in his arms again. Then he pulls back just far enough to look at her face as he rest his forehead against hers.
"Are you alright?" He asks softly, needing to make sure as he strokes his fingers along her cheek.
"I'm fine," she assures him. "A little bruise here and there maybe, but nothing serious." She looks back at him for a moment. "How about you?" How about us?
His fingers tangle into her hair and he kisses her back like he's been wanting to do for a week now. His other arm tightens around her, fingers digging into the fabric of her clothes.
Vala catches sight of it over his shoulder and starts laughing, feeling all the tension of the last week start to release a bit.
Giving Cam an extra second of kissage -- just because she can -- she reaches over, grabs the plane and sends it zipping back at the circulation desk with a grin.
"Come on, YoYo," she said, leading him toward the door by one securely-clasped hand. "We're embarassing the bookworms."
"Embarassed, hell. The cameras don't work in here sometimes. How can we sell the tape if you're not somewhere with working surveillance?" Parker asks them as they go by the counter.
Janet looks down at the package Vala had wordlessly handed her, then over at Cameron and Vala. Great. Ignored for the boyfriend. She shrugged and shoved the package in her bag. She'd open it later.

Funny, I didn't see him there... didn't we have fun though? *g*Vala would make a snarky comment back, but she's already out the door.
