Phoebe shows up and starts laying things out. Her face is white and her eyes are angry, but she seems to be in perfect control. She smiles as people enter the room.

"I'm going to contact several National Honor Societies, and get their guidelines for establishing a branch here. Does anyone see a problem with this? The usual standards are a 3.5 GPA and about 20 hours of community service a year. Comments?"

((Only 3.5? Pfft. My school has a 4.0 minimum requirement. But almost everyone has around a 4.2. *hates school*))
