Wednesday: What was the school board thinking giving Jamie Madrox a teaching position?

When the students entered the danger shop today they would notice that the room had been transformed into an artist's studio. Around the room were various sculptures for everyone to see.

All made of butter.

Additionally there were blocks of butter of various sizes set up around the room as well.

And finally there was Jamie. He was dressed in an artist's smock with a beret and giant fake handlebar mustache glued to his face.

"Hello me petit fleurs!" Jamie exclaimed as the students entered the danger shop. "Today we vill be dooing art! Specifically zee sculptures en beurre! Butter scupltures!!"

He whirled around in a circle gesturing to all the beautiful art around him.

"Grab your tools! Grab some beurre and create... ZEE ART!"

[Be warned... we can expect some visitors today! :D]

Angelica was still pretty ticked off at stupidface Topher from yesterday (and mad at herself for taking the assignment too personally), which made it a wee bit difficult to sculpt butter while radiating some heat. But she was managing to create a passable horse.

Dave had carved a car out of butter once in 4-H - look, there was nothing to do in Wisconsin sometimes and there was plenty of butter there - so he went about giving that another shot. He was a little rusty with butter carving, but it still looked pretty good.

"...Suddenly I wish Spencer was still here," Freddie said, as he went about his butter carving. To him, this was actually totally normal. And so, lo and behold, a crude rendition of Nug Nug from Galaxy Wars. In butter.

Art it was not, but James managed to buttercraft a person...if you squinted a bit and tilted your head to the side.

Scully was actually having fun. And carving out... a corpse.

Well, create what you know, and all. Maybe she'd tell Mr. Rogers about this next week.

Cara was not creating anything out of butter. It was a waste of both butter and time.

"Sha-zam!" Jamie cried out and then noticed what Cara was not doing anything. "Mountain Dew! Why is it still... nothing?"

Karla thought of Dujae and cackled while slowly sculpting...a vase. Maybe she would carve I AM KARLA into the side and send it home to him. She thought he might get a kick out of that.

You know, Warren was actually kind of enjoying this? Mostly because he wasn't being launched out of a giant slingshot or being made to lick doorknobs today.

Of course, Warren's artistic skills were pretty much moot, so thus far, he had a fairly accurate sculpture of a misshapen blob of butter.

... It was an abstract expressionist piece.

Goose's artistic skills were minimal at best and the butter made it slightly difficult but his end result somewhat resembled a dolphin.

Sam wasn't artistic or creative so he tried to sculpt...a block of butter. If asked, he'd say it was a cube shaped house or something. But, it was just a really badly sculpted block.

Mercy was pretty horrible at art, so she was working at a sculpture she would simply refer to as 'abstract'.

The butter was way softer than any wood Jake had ever worked with (NOT DIRTY) so it took some trial and error. And just to thwart Jamie, he was making a wolf. That and well, because he knew the shape well enough to make something passable.

Seifer cackled as he started carving. The butter was cold and pale, and well, he couldn't resist carving a sculpture of his favorite icey bitch, no, not Emma Frost, he hasn't met her yet Shiva (http://images.wikia.com/finalfantasy/images/b/b6/8b-shiva.jpg).

And he was totally going to find a way to stick it in Squall's room. After tossing a few blizzards in there to keep her cool.

Squall sucked at art. Or anything creative. He pulled a picture of Rinoa (http://images.wikia.com/finalfantasy/images/6/69/Rinoa%26Angelo.PNG) out of his wallet so that he could have something to work from. ...Except that it was going to end up looking horrible, and he didn't want to insult Rinoa like that. Fortunately, Angelo was in the picture too, so he tried his best to sculpt her, instead.

It was saying something that this was one of the least strange assignments they'd had in this class, but Billy wasn't going to complain. At least no one would die from carving butter, probably.

He wasn't sure what to make at first, but what he ended up with looked kind of like a face and head. It wasn't anyone in particular though, because that might have been a little too weird.
