Wednesday: What was the school board thinking giving Jamie Madrox a teaching position?

Today's class was in the danger room but there doesn't appear to be a reason why. In fact there is only one Jamie Madrox standing in front of the class today looking rather subdued.

"Today's class... is simple," Jamie declared. "Today's assignment? Cut class."

And with that being said, Jamie turned on his heel and walked out of the classroom.

Gosh that seems simple, doesn't it?

"Huh." That was new. When someone said they were a witch or from the past, you could make some assumptions and go from there. She opened her mouth to ask further into that, but what came out was, "Wait, did you say Granddad?"

Apparently Professor Skywalker had had a lot of work done.

Ben grinned a little sheepishly. "Yeah. There are some timeline differences. I'm about fifty years ahead of him."

"Huh," she said again. She was usually pretty good with new info like that, but the thought of having your fifty-years-ago grandparent teaching at your school kind of hurt her head a little.

"Why? He seems okay enough. If intimidating," she said, and remembered some of what they'd had to do in Try Not to Die!!, "and maybe a little insane."
