Wednesday: What was the school board thinking giving Jamie Madrox a teaching position?

Today's class was in the danger room but there doesn't appear to be a reason why. In fact there is only one Jamie Madrox standing in front of the class today looking rather subdued.

"Today's class... is simple," Jamie declared. "Today's assignment? Cut class."

And with that being said, Jamie turned on his heel and walked out of the classroom.

Gosh that seems simple, doesn't it?

Jamie was good at that sort of thing.

He was also good at dressing in a yellow bird costume and jumping up into the slingshot with a loud "SQUAWK!"

She crossed her arms. "No."

Cara's assignment had been to cut class, that meant not participating in ridiculous exercises.

All the other Jamie birds started squawking angrily at Cara.

And the yellow Jamie? He was pulled back by a mysterious finger force and then launched at Cara.

Cara was mighty glad about all that practice dodging arrows and swords right about now, although she had to actually duck out of the way instead of just twisting, since Jamie was bigger than an arrow.

And the Jamie flew right by Cara and disappeared in a puff of smoke.

And another yellow Jamie took his place in the slingshot, patiently waiting for Cara to do her duty.

Cara's duty did not involve teachers with a bird fetish!

"Besides, there's no way that could throw you with enough force to destroy that barricade."

Just because Mord'Sith would be wasted in laying a siege didn't mean they weren't expected to know how siege weaponry worked.

Just to prove Cara wrong a blue Jamie!bird appeared in the slingshot. And then the slingshot was pulled back and the Jamie!bird multiplied and was heading right at Cara.

Well? Maybe Cara should do something in class and she'd stop getting pelted with Jamies.
