Included in the packets are:
Your child's/ward's/whatever relationship you have with this person's Class Schedule
A Map of the School and Town
A Schedule of Events for Parents Weekend
The rules and regulations of Parents Weekend
A Coupon Book

At the desk is a sign saying:
Please sign in here for Parents Weekend

And depending who is looking at the sign it will magically say:
To ensure everyone's safety, please surrender any Firearms/Weaponry/Magical doodads that will cause harm to our students.

Your property will be returned to you before you leave.

Thank you!

ETA: Parents/Guardians are now required to check in on their own.
((OOC: In other words... If your parents are somewhat "normal" and unarmed they will not see the message. Unless they are packing some kind of weapon, and then they will be see it. Got it?))

It's quite late when Kokiri and Okino Takayama arrive.

"We're terribly sorry," Kokiri apologizes. "Traffic was horrible. We finally just left the car and came the rest of the way by broom." Kokiri smiles at her husband, who is looking a little green. Okino is glancing over at what remains on the food table, looking if there's anything there that might settle his stomach.

"Where do we sign?" continues Kiki's mom brightly.
