Ahhhh. What fun this weekend was for us all. WHAT FUN. And this time it was actually the good weather for shirt removing!

"Kate!" A still-shirtless Bobby ran up to his fake big sister. "They gave me a little sibling this time, and I don't think I scared him off!"

"Oooh, way to go, Bobby!" Kate enthused, almost about to highfive him or something when she noticed the obvious and tilted her head. "Dude, where's your shirt?"

"Caroline said I should take it off," he said, unfazed by the situation. Well, maybe he was getting a little more fazed by her expression. Should he put his shirt back on? Was it bad? "It's not cold."

And now Kate's expression was taking a turn for the unimpressed. It was nothing personal – well, not against Bobby, anyway. "Caroline told you to do that? Of course she did." She shook her head. "We're in Iceland, aren't you seriously not cold?"

"It's not that cold, Kate," he told her reassuringly. "The sun's out and everything. Caroline's nice. She wouldn't ask me to do anything bad."

"Mmhmm." See Kate play nice and not say disparaging things about Caroline! She wasn't feeling bitchy enough, so she could just think them instead. "So, who's your lucky little sib?"

Which was probably good because bitchy things about Caroline would just confuse Bobby so very much. "Samhain LaCroix!" he exclaimed, putting his French classes to work on that pronunciation. "But he said to call him Sam. That's easier, I think."

"Way easier," Kate agreed, raising her eyerows. "Is he French or something?"

It was almost always 'or something', here.

"He said he's from Seattle," Bobby said doubtfully. "Maybe his mom is French or something?"

Pfft, Jack, what had he done? (Besides, you know, actually be his big brother for years and years but again, pfffffft.)

"Of course," Kate replied, smugly. "You learned from the best, you couldn't fail. I think I need to make a point of meeting this guy later, what's he look like?"

"...he's blond? And tall?" Bobby flailed at answering the question. "He's got a nametag that says Sam on it?"

"Those are some pretty specific characteristics," Kate snarked. Lovingly. "But I'm sure I'll run into him eventually. I still have one more new third floor kid to find and everything, too."

"Well, what was I supposed to do? Take a picture?" he shot back (apparently living with Karev left a mark. "Cause next time I will...Ooh, who? Maybe I met them?"

"Surreal?" Kate said, after consulting her little note. "I don't even know if that's a guy or a girl. I'm thinking girl, but it's kind of a hippie name so I probably shouldn't assume."

"And since Samhain was a boy...I bet Surreal's a girl," Bobby decided at random. "I'm glad my mom didn't name me Surreal. You'd never know if you were real or not!"
