Library, Saturday - 10/9

With his sassy sweater Blackagar was in the music part of the library today, looking over as many books on this 'Jazz' thing as he could before the upcoming outing to listen to some. A good idea of what he was going to be dealing with was always for the best.

...and hopefully there wasn't a special outfit he'd need. Clothing was really more Medusa's forte.

He hadn't even tried out for this team! And he'd already decided to become a Goth. Whatever that was.

All his research brought him was books on architecture.

That didn't mean they should be so... human about how they reacted to others differences, did it? It would be wrong to pretend on that one.

Though, the last time he tried to talk to someone about differences being beauty, they reacted oddly.

"That would be because they all look the same," Medusalith said with a shrug. "Well. Basically the same. Have you seen their 'celebrities'? You can't tell half of them apart."

He tended to avoid the magazines. They only gave him a headache with all the unnecessary gossip about unimportant little actors. How terribly skewed were their priorities?

"It's ridiculous, I know," she scoffed. "But it keeps their tiny minds happy."

"No, but they had their regular practice, and those thinking of trying out were invited," she said. "I have not yet tried out for it. When I do, I will be sure to let you know." For moral support.

"They...cheer. Supposedly at sporting events, though I don't know that this school has athletics. And they do acrobatics." Being superior to the humans should come in handy for that part.

Exactly! Though, she should be careful with it. Humans were so much weaker than them. It might stand out if they showed that off too much.
