Jono was in the library. And, fortunately for Jono, the library had decided that it was going to behave itself today while he was in. Because Heaven only knew that he would have had a Hell of a time trying to explain something like tap-dancing periodicals to the visiting normals with only the benefit of some very creative charades, and a Speak'n'Spell.
... Look, if the squirrels were going to shove the blasted thing at him, he was going to make use of it.

She wished Henry had had a place like this, when he was younger. It was good he had it in middle age, but in teenagehood it would have been a lifesaver.

Not that she wanted to send Alba away. But if elementary school ended up being torturous for her, or there wasn't a cure by then.
"But it's not always peaceful, is it?" she asked, since she was positive that this kind of place was hardly always the safe haven it seemed.
