Dear class. I apologize for my absence. The brethren have called me into the field and I am tactically doing away with a little annoyance of ours. His name is Thor, btw. HAHAHHAHAHAH. Please take a copy of the reading Johnny Mnemonic by William Gibson. This short story – made into a deliciously terrible film staring the illustrious Keanu Reeves – is actually quite good and is a morality tale about the dangers of mixing the human brain with cyborg components. It also has a skeeeerrryass dolphin. And the best female character ever written. OMG PROTO-TRINITY HOW I WORSHIP YOU.

Also, I must note if you enjoy the story, the conclusion is in Gibson’s novel Neuromancer.

Anyway. I must be off.
