BWI Airport | Portalocity Lounge | Saturday Morning
Madison was not pleased when she pushed open the door to the lounge with the Fandom High sign on the door. Like it wasn't bad enough that she had to deal with being dead, now Ron decided to send her to some lame summer camp so Kairos and Nakita couldn't find her.
She slumped in one of the chairs near the door. There was a black suitcase decorated with stickers sitting next to her and a dirty yellow and black backpack at her feet. Her eyes were glued to the door in search of any danger that might be incoming - in the form of dark reapers or new classmates.

Re: Waiting
"Madison Avery," she replied. "And what country are you the prince of?"
Re: Waiting
"Daventry," he said with a proud sort of smile. "It's quite a long ways away from here, I gather. From which land do you hail, Lady Avery."
Then there was a small, slightly horrified pause at what came out of his mouth, for which he quickly tried to recover. "Err, I mean, that is. May I call you Avery?"
Re: Waiting
"I've lived in Florida and Pennsylvania," she said. "And call me Madison."
Re: Waiting
"Madison it is, then! And you can call me Alexander. I can't say I've ever heard of Florida and Pennsylvania. Are they very interesting lands?"

"Because my mother made me?" he offered.
Re: Waiting
Re: Waiting
"Um, well," he struggled to know how to answer that, "it's...complicated."
Re: Waiting
Re: Waiting
He trailed off, realizing that continuing down that way would likely only lead to more embarrassment; it didn't help that Madison's grin made him think of Rosella, which meant that the next step was going to be merciless teasing.

"It's really not a good one," he warned her. "You'll be sorely disappointed, I promise."
Re: Waiting
She had no idea what else to refer to Ron as that wouldn't sound insane.

Re: Waiting
Huh. Maybe his 'kingdom' was near the Bermuda Triangle or something.
Re: Waiting
It never hurt to ask, right?
