Fandom High Graduation Ceremony, Class of 2010, Saturday Early Evening

The sun had just finished setting as guests started to be let onto the lawn. There were chairs set up for friends and family, separated by an aisle that led to another set of chairs set closer to the stage for the soon-to-be-graduates. The air was still pleasantly warm, and the sky was still almost bright, although extra lights had been set up to make sure everyone could see the festivities. Having learned from previous years, there were no garish decorations or potential weapons in sight - just a simple, tasteful setup for the Class of 2010.

Johnny caught the nod and returned a small, but civil nod in return. Then he allowed his gaze to follow Benecio's.

Anyone who had spent any time around Benecio could tell when his anger was simmering right below the surface. He met Johnny's eyes and jerked his head towards a man (http://community.livejournal.com/fandomhigh/2461230.html?thread=158303022#t158303022) in the audience.

His lips barely moved, but it was obvious he was trying to convey a message to Johnny. "Nast."

No matter what he thought about Johnny being in Savannah's life, he was not a danger to her. Of that he was certain.

Narrowing his eyes, he stared hard at that man, his jaw tightening. What in the hell was he doing here? Johnny knew damn good and well that Savannah hadn't invited him. Right? Right?

He didn't want to start something but perhaps introducing himself would be... appropriate.

And for the second time this day he was glad he wore his fire suit.

Considering that Benecio was very much aware of how terrified Savannah was of the Nasts -- and the higher ups in the family -- he was completely positive that Savannah had not invited Thomas' second in command.

He wondered how he could convey that he would take care of Josef another time and that Savannah was the one that Johnny needed to be concerned with right now.
