Junior Achievers Meeting

Outside of Dr. Carter's classroom is a neatly handwritten sign which says:

Junior Achievers Meeting

All are welcome.

Tonight's topics include:

1) Parents/Family Weekend

2) Student Council: Academic Affairs is open

3) Guest speaker: Callisto, on having a FH Fashion Show

4) Words of wisdom from Dr. Carter

The door to the classroom is wide open. Inside Angelus sits at one of the front desks. He is busy writing in his notebook. Anyone who peered over his shoulder would see words like "Master" and "slave" in his handwriting. He is also humming a cheery tune.

On Dr. Carter's desk is an open box of peanut butter cookies from Deb's diner. There is also a sign-in sheet.

~~OMG Draco will fight Faith for the cookies.~~

Draco is eating cookies and occasionaly mumbling the name "Potter" under his breath.

"He still bothering you?" Angelus asked.

"He's gotten even worse, if you can imagine. I ran into the git with that delivery witch today. I've got to keep him away from Lily before he spreads totally not true rumors about me."

"I still need to say hi to him," Angelus said. "~~Which is totally not my fault because he goes through players faster than most of us change sexual partners around here~~ You know, as a favor to you."

"Oh yes, I think that is in order. You know I'm not that bad of a guy but Potter will not listen to reason."

"I'll do my best," Angelus tilted his head. "Hey, speaking of misconceptions, are you banned from the library?"

"Yeah. From the Special Collections section at least. Everytime I get near there I get swarmed by those library wenches."

"Me too," Angelus said. "Found out when I picked up my card today. What reason did they give?"

"Some crap about one of the students turning himself into cat. Like they don't know that I'm a wizard and am smart enough not to do such a thing." Draco said "I know Parker found some not too nice things about myself and my family during the election. She most likely wants to keep me away from the dangerous stuff."

"She's doing the exact same thing to me," Angelus said. "Though I don't know if she's the one who banned me out of SC. I can't say I'm entirely happy to find out library assistants can take it upon themselves to ban students without being made to give some kind of a reason. Though I'm not surprised they're singling you and me out. Know anybody else who got put on the list?"

Beka filed a mental note about Special Collections policies.

"None that I know of. But I'm not surprised they singled us out. We're part of the 'evil' JA." said Draco "And speaking of which, Paige called me evil today at Flying Club. Give a woman great sex and then she calls you evil! She was acting weird though, all cryptic and stuff."

"Didn't single out any other member of JA," Angelus pointed out. "But they did pick two obvious non-human types. I'm thinking this is not a coincidence of any kind.

"And something's been up with Paige for a while now," Angelus made a face. "I'd say she's on the rag but, well, I'd know."

~~*picks up the plate of cookies while Draco and Faith are busy fighting*~~

"Nooooo! Cookie theif!" *tries to grab back cookies*

*grins and holds cookies over head* Mine now.

Oh noes! Not fair! *jumps up to try and get the cookies*

*continues to hold the cookies in the air*

*does not look at any part of Faith's anatomy that might jiggle*

Play nice, or nobody gets any cookies. Except me.

*whines* But I waaaaant them. *jumps up and down. possibly jiggling.*
