Sex Ed: Period 5, Week 13

The classroom didn't hold a hot super-spy today. Just a hot guardian and hot future father of the leader of the Resistance. Hopefully that made up for the lack of Bond.

Rose leaned against the desk at the front of the room. "So, yeah, obviously Mr. Bond isn't here today. I guess he had too much turkey or something and is still sleeping it off." The 'or something' was probably the more accurate part.

Kyle nodded solemnly at the mention of the turkey. He'd succumbed to the post-turkey nap, not realizing how strong the urge to nap afterwards really was. "We're covering instead. Let's go around the class and everyone say one thing you've learned about sex so far that you didn't learn from this class."

There was a smirk of amusement at that, and Rose pushed herself up so she was sitting on the desk instead. "You should go first, Kyle."

He glanced sidewards at her, as if sending a thanks he didn't really mean. "Okay, I'll go first." Saying it himself almost made it seem like it was his own idea. "Okay. Everyone seems obsessed with it, especially on TV."

"Including you?" she asked sweetly. She was a mean, mean friend.

"Including you," he replied, then nodded at the first person to his left. "Your turn."

It was kind of scary when other students were leading the discussion and Clark still wished he could crawl in a hole and die rather than answer the question.

Momoko had given herself a pep talk before entering the classroom. One full of cheers and pointed comments about not being embarrassed and sitting up straight and being a grown-up about it and a bunch of other stuff that went flying out of her as she sighed in relief at the change in instructor today.

Then she heard the 'assignment' and she face-palmed.

Effy stayed slouched, elbows on her desk, not bothering to do anything dumb like stand up to announce her point.

"Don't knock something until you've tried it." Pearl of wisdom from Effy. Some (not all) of the more unusual stuff she'd tried had some perks. Sometimes, very fun perks.

"Taking care of a baby is hard work," Bobby said, managing to keep a straight face.

He still didn't know who told Clark that he'd had a kid, but he was determined to run with it as long as possible.

And technically, he sort of had real experience with that now, thank you Professor Skywalker.

"Children are more trouble than they're worth," she answered, still feeling the affects of Skywalker's assignment. Yes, it doesn't answer the question but that's all Azula will say on the subject.

Momoko thought for a moment. "Hmm. Something I learned not in this class? Uhm. Apparently when you go for a week without... it, you get really jumpy and mean and short tempered?"

Did that really count? She'd learned other things but most of it was covered in class, too, and she wasn't going near what she heard at Reno and Dojima-san's lecture that one day.
