Library [11.24]
It was time for the holiday with the food, and Anemone was torn. On one hand, she could have a long weekend at home with Dominic and the Izumo crew. On the other.... food.
Today the library aide was curled up behind her desk, reading books on various Thanksgiving traditions. She totally needed to find some way to convince Those In Power at Home that Thanksgiving ought to be added back into the calendar.
[The OCD left for the short week.]

She looked a little frazzled and not quite as put together as she normally does. "I need books," Azula began. "About child rearing."

"Master Skywalker's class, right?" she asked, holding out her hands for the child. "Come on, we want the 649s section."

Having Abeni for a weekend had made Anemone feel a bit steadier around kids than the week she'd been forced to have one of these things, since now she knew she wasn't a complete loss as a parent, and she'd held Talho's baby a few times.
"At least these guys are less-breakable than real ones, yeah?" she said, wriggling her fingers at it. "Hi Master Skywalker, since I know these things have recorders. I hope you have fun listening to all these tapes."

She looked back at the baby and shrugged. "Sorry sir, but it's true and you know it."

"He's a sadist," she agreed with the easy acceptance of someone who'd had three years of flight club and flying classes with him. "But that's what makes him a challenging teacher."

Azula can actually see this working if she thinks of the baby as a pet.
