Library [11/1]

Kyle had a stiff shoulder he was being careful with as he returned books to the shelves in the morning. By afternoon, he was sitting at the front desk practising his writing with a very serious look on his face. His thoughts were elsewhere and he had to keep starting over.

He picked up his pen from where it was resting on the exercise book he'd been practising in and handed it to George. "Bored. You?"

Kyle nodded. "I'll come straight from here. If the librarian comes in, I'll let him know your note's here. If the gremlins come in, your note's on its own."
