Physical Films | Period 3 | Class 1

When students arrived, they would find the Danger Shop was set up like a traditional gymnasium, complete with changing rooms and really high ceilings. Along the walls were several large screens and most of the gym floor was covered in thick blue mats.

Once it seemed everyone had arrived, the man at the front of the room wearing far too much leather crossed his arms and started talking. "This is Physical Films and I'm Ronon Dex. They say I should share somethin' about myself so, uh, I'm a Satedan, from another galaxy that's really far from here. I'm stuck on Earth by choice an' teachin' you guys for fun," Ronon informed them, grinning because it was his entertainment most days. "Now, this class is both film study and P.E., so most weeks you'll watch a movie or show while you get fit. Sometimes the movie'll make sense, sometimes it won't." At least, not to Ronon.

"Only thing you gotta do each class is put on a uniform and try the activity. If you can't do it, see me. If you won't do it, we'll find you somethin' else. Today, you're all gonna fill out this paper thing," he held up an example, "and attach them to the front of your shirts before making some introductions. Now, go get your uniforms and we'll get started." He thumbed over his shoulder to the locker room doors.

This guy might look scary, but he doesn't care if you talk.

Hannibal had missed Professor Dex's classes even if it meant he had to get back into those gross uniforms. It was always entertaining to be able to picture Professor Dex as Cher when he got bored of the lecture.

George wasn't going to be arguing about a class that was about watching the teevee and activities of a sort.

He was, however, terribly interested in the teacher's hair. How'd it get like that? What kept it that way?

This guy was scary.

Chuck wasn't going to be initiating any chatter when there was someone that size looming over the front of the class. Just... sitting and staring.

Sure, yes, Mirax had signed up for another class with this guy. The last class had been fun. So she was looking pretty happy to be here, even if she did make a little tiny face at the mention of the uniforms.

Woah, that guy was... huge.

Beka hadn't bothered trying to convince Pounce to stay in their room. He'd do what he pleased, which was why she'd currenlty had a black cat with purple eyes standing beside her.

The teacher looked intimidating, but he reminded her of Tunstall. She was just trying to figure out what that film part of the training was.

Yakko didn't talk. In fact, he didn't move. Not even to blink. In theory he was listening. In reality he was just totally staring into space.

Oh lucky students, in honor of TR Wexler burning the uniforms once again, Ronon had to go hunting for new ones. Now they're yellow tank tops with blue piping paired with blue short-shorts with yellow piping. The whole thing is topped off with long, white gym socks and white gym shoes. And yep, those words on your butt are 'Property of Fandom High.' Mod them fitting tight or loose, but there's a set for everyone!

Hannibal...did not remember the uniforms being this ugly. The yellow was blinding and the shoes were even worse. The socks made him feel like he was wearing girls tights and goddamn, these were gross.

At least the uniform fit though even if it was tight in the shirt. Whatever, wasn't like he didn't have other shirts like that.

Great Mithros, these were the ugliest pieces of clothing George had ever seen in his life. And he didn't care so much about clothes except that they sorta fit.

Which these, yes, they sorta fit, but the entire set was so big on him, that he looked like he was about 10 and wearing his much larger older brother's clothes. Just the ego boost the kid needed.

Jak was... sadly enough, not exactly put off by all the bright colours. They seemed downright normal! He looked nice and sporting and eager in his gym clothes.

Mirax stared at the uniform for a long moment, trying to settle for a reaction, and finally ended up mentally cursing Turtle Wexler. The last ones she'd at least gotten used to!

Oh, now Chuck felt like a real nerd.

More so than usual.

His kind of scrawny frame was drowned by that tank top, and he didn't really appreciate the exaggeration. The only part he was looking forward to less than this, was the actual exercise part of the class.

Andros stared at the uniforms before sighing as he put them on. They were a tight fit, but not as tight as the spandex that he wore when he was morphed as the red ranger.

Sure, the uniforms were ugly, but that didn't really phase Eric.

"So we don't get to keep these, huh?" he remarked idly, noticing the 'property of Fandom High' on the butt.

Gwen stared at the uniforms.

As she put hers on, she wondered if they could move up the burning to this weekend.

Robin as usual had no problem with the uniforms. And the fact that there just happened to be one his size was great!

Beka made a face at the clothes. Sure, they fit well enough. She just didn't know why'd anyone want to wear this. Pounce pawed at the shorts, his whiskers curved in his cat-smile.

"This isn't funny," she told the cat.

It's hilarious, Pounce agreed.

"See if I feed you later," she grumbled and tossed her tunic at him as she changed uniforms.

No, it didn't occur to her that she might look strange talking to her cat.

The guy who walked around in nothing but tan pants and a belt all day had no room to complain. Even if his uniform was essentially a night shirt on him, reaching to just above his ankles.

He could have gotten one that fit better, but he felt this was funnier.

Ronon started talking again when they'd returned from the locker room, "On your paper, write your name, a number, and one question you think someone should ask you. Now." He waited until they seemed to have finished with their papers. "Now, pin it to your shirt, find a partner, and ask 'em the question. Go."

Hannibal grabbed his paper and wrote: Hannibal King, 34.5, Why are these uniforms so freaking ugly?

He pinned the piece of paper to his shirt and looked for a partner to blind with his yellow shirt and white shoes and socks.
